Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ge15 platform (including the website, mobile app, and related services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published by ge15. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

These terms apply to all ge15 platform users, including visitors, registered users, and active members. ge15 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

To use ge15 services, you are required to register an account with accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is only permitted one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, including your username and password. ge15 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

  • Use a strong, unique password that you don't use on any other platform.
  • Do not share your login details with any third party.
  • Notify the ge15 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Ge15 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure account security.

Platform Usage Rules

All ge15 users are required to use the platform responsibly and within the boundaries set out below. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

  • Using software, bots, or automated methods to access or exploit the platform.
  • Attempting to influence game outcomes through technical means, fraud, or any form of manipulation.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
  • Posting content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of third parties through the platform.
  • Sharing, selling, or transferring your ge15 account to another party.
  • Accessing restricted sections of the platform through technical means not available to regular users.

Ge15 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending the account while the investigation is ongoing.

Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the ge15 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ge15 supports a range of local payment methods, including Boost, GrabPay, and online banking via FPX. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.

  • Deposits: Funds deposited via e-wallets such as Boost and GrabPay are typically credited instantly. Deposits made via FPX may take one to two hours to process.
  • Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to a full identity verification process. Withdrawals are processed using the same method as the deposit, subject to applicable limits and processing times.
  • Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary depending on the chosen payment method and are subject to change with platform updates.
  • Unauthorised Transactions: ge15 reserves the right to cancel or withhold any transaction suspected of fraud or in violation of these terms.

Liability Limits & Account Policy

Ge15 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this platform, including financial losses resulting from betting or gaming decisions. The ge15 platform is provided "as is" and ge15 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Account Suspension: ge15 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of terms, or an internal investigation requirement. Users will be notified via their registered email address.

Account Closure: ge15 reserves the right to permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • Found to have violated any of the platform usage rules stated above.
  • Identity verification failed or account information found to be false.
  • Accounts inactive beyond the stipulated period with no transactions recorded.
  • Account closure requested directly by the user.

Any valid account balance at the time of closure will be returned to the user via the registered payment method, subject to the required verification process.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property: All content on the ge15 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of ge15 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any of this content without prior written permission from ge15.

Third-Party Links: The ge15 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. ge15 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services. Users are advised to read the respective terms and policies of each provider before using them.

Changes to Terms: ge15 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the ge15 platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the ge15 platform will be resolved through mutually agreed channels between the user and ge15.
